Jason is one of the principals and founding members of Hornsilver Capital Investments, LLC. Responsibilities include the sourcing, underwriting, and oversight of all investments as well as the management of all general business strategies. Prior to finding Hornsilver Capital, Jason worked with Lincoln Property Company and Lincoln Harris CSG (a subsidiary of Lincoln Property Company) in Dallas, TX and Denver, Colorado. In his 14-year tenure with Lincoln, he closed 300+ commercial real estate transactions. His transactional focus was in healthcare leasing, underwriting for institutional medical office portfolio transactions, dispositions for senior living, and acquisitions for industrial and multi-tenant office assets. Since 2019, Jason has been focused on sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities around the country that meet the requirements of Hornsilver’s investment strategy.
Jason holds a M.B.A in Entrepreneurship and Strategy with a focus in finance from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
